The supply side of live baccarat produced a steady run of launches between October 2025 and mid-2026, and for once a good share of them landed in regulated US markets.
Evolution Keeps Widening the Range
Evolution added Always 9 Baccarat in October 2025, a follow-up to early 2025's Always 8 Baccarat, and continued to build out a baccarat family that already includes Insurance Baccarat and the dice-based Bac Bo. A Custom Baccarat branding feature for operators was slated for May 2026 (Evolution; Livedealer.org, October 2025). At ICE Barcelona in January 2026 the company laid out a roadmap of more than 100 new titles for the year, and in May 2026 it opened a live studio in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Pragmatic Play Goes Korean
Pragmatic Play broadened its live baccarat lineup with Mega Baccarat and Amazing Baccarat, and on May 18, 2026 launched Seotda Baccarat — a first-of-its-kind variant played with the 20-card Korean Hwatu deck (Pragmatic Play, May 2026).
Playtech and bet365 Bring Dedicated Tables to the US
The most significant development for American players came from Playtech. Alongside the launch of its Prestige Baccarat table, Playtech partnered with bet365 to open dedicated live-casino studios in New Jersey and Pennsylvania on January 12, 2026 — 10 tables across the two studios including baccarat, and bet365's first dedicated live tables in the United States (Playtech, January 12, 2026).
Regulated live baccarat is now available from state-licensed operators in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Connecticut, Delaware, West Virginia and Rhode Island, and Maine authorized online casino gaming with effect from January 11, 2026 — though each state's list should be checked against its own regulator.
Why It Matters for Baccarat Players
More variety, more localization, and — in the US — more legal access. A player in New Jersey or Pennsylvania can now sit at Playtech, Evolution or Pragmatic tables from a regulated operator, something that was not true two years ago. Localized products like Seotda Baccarat and Evolution's Asian-language tables show suppliers competing on baccarat specifically.
